Crossed by the principal wine regions: Mendoza that concentrates 70 % of the total production and possesses mas of 1.221 warehouses and Cafayate, in the valleys calchaquíes, where there is cultivated the vine-stock of the torrontes, brought from Spain 3 centuries ago.

1º day: Europe-BsAs. Night Flight with final destination Buenos Aires, Argentina.

2º day: BsAs. Arrival at Ezeiza International Airport, reception and transfer to Buenos Aires city. Overnight at selected hotel (brakfast and local vat included). In the afternoon city tour visiting “Plaza de Mayo” – May Square – Government House and the Metropolitan Cathedral, the National Congress, the neighborhood of San Telmo, La Boca, Palermo lakes and La Recoleta..smart and busy.

3º day: BsAs-Mendoza In time to reconfirm transfer to local airport to board flight to Mendoza. Arrival and transfer to selected hotel.

4º day: Mendoza. This high-end tour is designed for you to share and enjoy an excellent day of wine. We will visit some of the most important and highlighted wineries in the region. TOUR THROUGH THE HISTORY OF WINE (Maipú Experience)

Towards the east of the city, will experience the origins of wine in Argentina, stopping in the historic, restored Bodega Trapiche, then Bodega Sin Fin expects us to live a wine experience in its vineyards and production plant. Finally, the prestigious Bodega Familia Zuccardi, offers a 3 steps lunch, visit and tasting. These wineries paved the way for viticulture in Argentine, and still today conserve their family traditions. Through them you will learn the history of winemaking in Mendoza.

5º day : MENDOZA  ROUTE WINE IN UCO VALLEY (Uco Valley Experience)
“The mountains and the beautiful views in Uco Valley prepare our senses to experience the aromas and flavors of these high-altitude wines. Not to mention, the visits in wineries Salentein, Domain Bousquet and Andeluna Cellars all of which make world renowned wines from this precious land, complete the tour.” Days: Thursday and Sunday. Departure time: from 8:30 hs to 17:00 hs. (approximately)

The land that now belongs to Salentein is proof of the innumerable feats that had to be overcome here; Located in Tunuyán Salentein is the vision of qualitywith classic varietal plantings, preservation of old vines, re application of European craftsmanship and the use of advanced technology-results-class wines. During the visit in Salentein, you will taste 3 of Salentein’s great wines, ending in their art gallery, which is one of its kind in Mendoza. In addition, you will enjoy a lunch at Killka Restaurant.

6º day: MENDOZA This proposal allows us to compare traditional wineries with international style wineries. Achaval Ferrrer and its dedication in the vineyard, looking for the best harvest. Casarena a fully restored warehouse that has managed to modernize their processes and Finca Decero a perfect postcard landscapes that combins their vineyards with the imposing Andes views. (Days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.) Departure time: 8:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. Farewell dinnet at Restaurante 1884, by Francis Mallmann.

7º day: MENDOZA-SALTA Transfer to local airport. Flight to Buenos Aires and connection to Salta. Upon arrival, tour through the city´s most interesting spots and its outskirts. 9 de Julio Square, Cathedral, city council, Basilica of San Francisco, San Bernardo Convent and Hill and Guemes´monument and the artisant fair. Dinner at local restaurant. Accommodation with breakfast included.

8º day: SALTA-CAFAYATE To get to know Salta, you should taste its wines. That’s why this tour takes you to the heart of the wine production land in Salta, zealously guarded by the stunning Quebrada de las Conchas.
After leaving Salta and the Lerma Valley behind, we reach Alemania, an abandoned town that precedes the red mountains of the Conchas Gorge, where the erosion has caved curious forms on the rocks.

There we take the opportunity to stop, walk and take wonderful pictures of the Castles, the Amphitheater, the Evil’s Gorge and other beautiful places. After that, we drive to Cafayate, where we visit two typical wineries and try the gorgeous Saltenian wines. A gift to delight your senses! Accommodation for one night in “La Casa de la Bodega”.

9º day: CAFAYATE. Morning visit to Etchart Winery, de Pernod Ricard. There you will learn about varietal wine: torrontés, chardonnay, cabernet-sauvignon, malbec y syrah, among others. Next stop in this wine tour at Yacochuya Winery, de Arnaldo Etchart, or la finca de las Nubes, from Mounier family. Free time in Cafayate and accommodation in “la Casa de la Bodega.”

 

10º day: CAFAYATE-SALTA Transfer to Salta, visiting on the way Quilmes Ruins. Arrival and accommodation with breakfast and local vat included.

11º day. SALTA-BUENOS AIRES-EUROPE In time to reconfirm transfer to local airport to board flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival, reception and connection to Ezeiza International Airport.

12º day: EUROPE Arrival to final destination and end of services. Mail to us

3º day: BUENOS AIRES-MENDOZA-POSADA SALENTEIN Transfer to local airport, flight to Mendoza. Arrival and transfer to Posada Salentein, The Salentein Posada is located in La Pampa Ranch, within the Salentein Space, in the Tunuyán department, Uco Valley, Mendoza province; an hour and half away from the city. This small and exclusive ranch is surrounded by Bodegas Salentein’s vineyards and located at the Andes’ foothill. It has comfortable rooms, among gardens, vineyards, fruit plantations, and an organic garden. Besides, there is a warm restaurant and a comfortable swimming pool with a view of the vineyards. Some of the activities available for the Posada’s visitors are:
– Bodegas Salentein, Killka Museum and Chapel tours.
– Bicycle rides in the plantations.
– Horse rides in San Pablo Ranch.
– Use of the swimming pool with a view of the vineyards.
– Visits to the bodegas of the area.
In the year 2011, the Salentein Posada obtained the gold national medal in the contest “Best of Wine Tourism 2011” in the category “Accomodation”. This important competition is organized by the global network Great Wine Capitals.
